Return Policy

Orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in case of fabric, it must be returned in the same yardage amount and condition in which you received it (in other words: uncut, unwashed, and with no snips off the edge). Please notify Orchard's Edge by phone or email before the return. The customer is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Orchard's Edge. Refunds will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept returns of patterns and other copyrighted materials. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
